| (^Donna Noble is my hero FOREVER!) 'Ello mates & mate-ettes! I don't think that's a word....anywany! How's everyone? Me has been very busy. Work, theater, writing, traveling to Canada, and then more work theater, and writing. But the trip was AMAZING! I got to visit my very bestest friend and we had a complete blast just roaming around the mountains. Yes, that's literally what we did for four days straight. It was completely awesome. I tell you, the way God speaks to you when your so emersed in His creation is just beyond comprehension. I've never felt more close to God than I did sitting on those peaks looking out over the ocean. To think that His words creating such majesties is....too much for my little human mind to understand. But yeah, it was great sans the freaky airplane ride and frightful security business. *grin* Anyone for a spot of rain loving?? haha We've had a bit of a draught so when we finally got some water I couldn't help but express my gratitude. __________________________________________________________ "Tears" Listen, listen to the tears of Heaven, Feel their sorrow washing away. As the pain of tomorrow, Is stolen from today. Hear them, hear them, Weep for always. Know their voices, Grieving for delays. See them, falling, Notice them die, Touch their agony, Feel them cry. Hold them, softly. Speak to them close. Reach for their souless, Pleading to most. Follow them, gently. Comprehend their past. Touch their eyeless sight, Let them ever last. See and listen, To the tears of Heaven, Know them as, The solemn tears of God. Weep them, ever. Swallow their lives. Leave them never. Live them as they all, fall and sigh. | | |
| Hi folks, howsit goin'? My life's so crazy lately I don't have time to sleep much less update. Me is very sorry. :) Just had a little song to share, and decided to update my xanga's look. heh heh Looks pretty good don't it? Yeah, I've joined the millions of others and become addicted to Doctor Who. haha I'm not obsessed just yet though! Anyway... This song is dedicated to those in our lives that we can't live without...whether or not we realize it. Someday we'll lose them and then we'll see just how much they meant to us....but by then, it will be far too late. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Always Will" Does the end come at last, When all else says it should? Does the future beg to progress, Are we left were once we stood? When it's all said and done, Do I have a reason to continue? Or am I left here in silence, Like false actor at a poor venue? When I called your name, You came running every time. When I screamed out in pain, You healed me with only a rhyme. When I said no more, You said forever. I said I can't, You said you would. When the air stopped coming, And death was sure, You never gave up for a moment, You were with me for a year and ever more, On that ever distancing shore. How can that end, Which had no beginning? How are we to stop, What we didn't start? How am I to hold on, To something I never really had? How can I see the light of tomorrow, Without you there to find the sun? When I called your name, You came running every time. When I screamed out in pain, You healed me with only a rhyme. When I said no more, You said forever. I said I can't, You said you would. When the air stopped coming, And death was sure, You never gave up for a moment, You were with me for a year and ever more, On that ever distancing shore. Throughout the spaces and times, Throughout the dawn and eve of me, If you should ever once become, No more to me than a memory, I'll always know that, When I call your name, You'll come running every time. If I scream out in pain, You'll heal me with a word and a rhyme. And if I say no more, You'll say forever. When I know I can't, You always will. And when the air at last stops coming, And death is for sure, I know you'll never give up for a moment, You'll be with me for a lifetime and more, On that ever distant heavenly shore. (This song was written with my dearest friend in mind, and though I don't think she reads this, I would like to thank her sincerely.....for everything.)

| Hi guys! I rarely update this poor old site anymore, I know. Me most sorry really! My life has been absolutely insane this past week, and for anyone who cares too, I could REALLY use some prayer right now. Been having a great deal of trouble at work and stuff. Too much drama one might say. :) Anyway, we had a little challenge going on at ff.net where you had to write a oneshot that was 221 words long and the last word had to start with the letter 'B'. Well, I took it a bit farther and did a poem instead! lol Hope you like! (P.S. That's me feeding the dolphin on my background pic. It was so bloody awesome!!! :)
"Bulwark" A wisping tendril of fog, The chill of night, A wish, A want, For all at last to be made right. A stealthy step, A rapidly breathed breath, A turn, A halt, A quick brush with death. A typical day, In a not so typical life, A ray, A light, In this a world of strife. Solitary perhaps at first, Though not alone ere long, A meeting, An acquaintance, A further defence against wrong. Though weakened by hateful war, By no means slighted in heart, A loyal, A stalwart, Friend ne'er to depart. Sometimes side by side, More often back to back, A blockade, A fortress, Against many an unseen attack. All for an endless expanse, A stretch of winding time, A revolving, A rotation, For the many saved, eternity divine. A partnership unfathomed, A tie unknown by mortal eye, Not by smile, Not by pain, Can this bond be brought to die. By way of many a fearsome storm, Through ceaseless cycling terror, Not one shot, Not one arrow, Does unbalance the half-burden of either bearer. Both gifted by One, Yet aided by so few, Ever remaining, Ever sustaining, Long after lone courage ought be torn through. Two striving as but one, A force of justice beyond remark, Alone one searching, Alone one lost, Together, a God-fashioned bulwark.

| Should I be shot or what?? So sorry everyone! I haven't posted anything on this poor little journal site of mine since practically the dark ages!! How was everybody's Christmas & New Year?? Mine was quite nice. One of the things I got was that book up there. It's rotten, don't bother reading it. The first half was great, but they ruined Holmes AND Jack the Ripper in the end. Ah well, one musn't expect everything to be perfect. Anyone for a morbid sounding poem??? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Perfectionist" Give me the deep, Betray the shallow. Deliver the complex, Throw away the simple. Bring to me the lost and confused, To death be the light and free.
Entomb me with that which is rigid, Away with the gentle and mild.
Drown me amidst a sea of anxiety, To perdition with the calm and sweet.
The road of stones is what I seek, For the path of sand is foreign to me.
I would not have the soft, the gentle touch, The virulent, the malicious is enough.
Gone be the effortless carefree, These chains of perfection are life to me.
