Hi folks, howsit goin'? My life's so crazy lately I don't have time to sleep much less update. Me is very sorry. :) Just had a little song to share, and decided to update my xanga's look. heh heh Looks pretty good don't it? Yeah, I've joined the millions of others and become addicted to Doctor Who. haha I'm not obsessed just yet though!

Anyway...

This song is dedicated to those in our lives that we can't live without...whether or not we realize it. Someday we'll lose them and then we'll see just how much they meant to us....but by then, it will be far too late.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Always Will"

Does the end come at last,
When all else says it should?
Does the future beg to progress,
Are we left were once we stood?
When it's all said and done,
Do I have a reason to continue?
Or am I left here in silence,
Like false actor at a poor venue?

When I called your name,
You came running every time.
When I screamed out in pain,
You healed me with only a rhyme.
When I said no more,
You said forever.
I said I can't,
You said you would.
When the air stopped coming,
And death was sure,
You never gave up for a moment,
You were with me for a year and ever more,
On that ever distancing shore.

How can that end,
Which had no beginning?
How are we to stop,
What we didn't start?
How am I to hold on,
To something I never really had?
How can I see the light of tomorrow,
Without you there to find the sun?

When I called your name,
You came running every time.
When I screamed out in pain,
You healed me with only a rhyme.
When I said no more,
You said forever.
I said I can't,
You said you would.
When the air stopped coming,
And death was sure,
You never gave up for a moment,
You were with me for a year and ever more,
On that ever distancing shore.

Throughout the spaces and times,
Throughout the dawn and eve of me,
If you should ever once become,
No more to me than a memory,

I'll always know that,

When I call your name,
You'll come running every time.
If I scream out in pain,
You'll heal me with a word and a rhyme.
And if I say no more,
You'll say forever.
When I know I can't,
You always will.
And when the air at last stops coming,
And death is for sure,
I know you'll never give up for a moment,
You'll be with me for a lifetime and more,
On that ever distant heavenly shore.

(This song was written with my dearest friend in mind, and though I don't think she reads this, I would like to thank her sincerely.....for everything.)

Did you write music to this? It's lovley! Also, I thought you'd like to know that I've updated! And to answere a question on your last post, William is 16 and Merrill is 23, a lot closer in age then the 20 years between Merill and Sherlcok.

I hope you had a great vacation and will have a wonderful opening night! Welcome back, you'll have to wait and see if it was an accident or not, though! : )

I should let you know that despite the lack of updates, I AM still working on the story. I was a bit preoccupied by a certain vampire book series that came to a close. I hope to have the next chapter up by tommrow. Thanks for sticking with me!

Next bit is up! Just so you know the reason I put this on freind's block is becouse I'm looking to publish them. I have the go ahead from the Doyle estate to place the storeies for publication. So, I'm editing and looking for book publishers. I was thinking of submitting Green Regency, The Christmas one and A case of Blackmail or Sarah Watson together in book, what do you think?
